Most emergencies are preventable, at Doyle's Plumbing we take a different approach to maintenance plumbing, we offer preventative maintenance.
We come to your home or place of business and we carry out an inspection of your property's plumbing and fixtures. We offer several inspection services which are listed below.
Silver Inspection
This inspection cost's $55.00 Incl. G.s.t. or it's free if we're already on site doing other work and covers anything that can be viewed without the need to enter a crawl space or the aid of ladders,special tools or visual aids (drain cameras). A detailed written report is handed to you explaining the problem areas and a time frame in which to make the repairs before they become a problem. This usually takes about a 1/2 hour.
Gold Inspection
This inspection is charged out at normal plumbing rates but is more comprehensive than the Bronze Inspection, it includes every thing in the bronze inspection and also includes crawl spaces and areas accessed by ladders. As the Bronze Inspection you will be given a detailed report and a time frame in which to make the repairs before they become a problem. This usually takes no longer than 2 hours.
Platinum Inspection
This inspection is charged out at normal plumbing rates plus the cost of any special equipment or services, it is the most comprehensive inspection we offer. It covers everything in the Silver & Gold Inspections but also includes inspection of the house drainage (stormwater and sewer) with a drain camera at the end of which you are given a color copy of the inspection on DVD. As the above Inspections you will be given a detailed report and a time frame in which to make the repairs before they become a problem. The time period for this inspection depends on the property and how much detail you need.
